For nearly 5 years Gibson's has done everything from oil changes and tires to major repairs for my vehicle. I am always pleased with their workmanship and customer service as they are honest, reliable and friendly.
My mom took her Jeep here (even though i tried to talk her out of it) to get a tire replaced (no other issues). When she got it back she said the car was hardly drivable because the front end was all over the place. According to Gibson's, she needed lower ball joints on both sides. After the replaced them, she complained about the front end making a weird noise. Just checked it and the wheel is about to fall off. I messaged them and told them about it and they viewed it, but didn't bother to reply. On my Jeep, a similar situation occurred. I took my vehicle to them to get a tire replaced after getting a nail in one (no other issues) and when I got it back, it felt like it had not been properly balanced or needed an alignment. When I took it back all of a sudden I needed upper and lower ball joints on both sides. So basically they charged me for an alignment for no reason. Will never take another vehicle to these people again!
