terrible store help is horrible ,i order a stove waited two weeks then they said i had to wait another week terrible

Shelves are not necessarily very well stocked. The staff are sort of helpful but don't always have the expertise needed. The store has limited stock and many times only carries one brand. For more personalized experience try ACE and for better selection try Home Depot.
These big box stores thrive in spite of themselves. Service and product (or even general) knowledge is a relic of the past.
Not happy,with there appliances, first a bought a washing machine from them,that wouldn't work!! Now last week I just bought a refrigerator from them,for a 1000.,and the freezer is to cold,it's all frosted up,they tell me someone will be out Monday to look at it,well it's the same place that was suppose to come look at the washing machine, that never came out!
