Although our recent stay was overnight, the quality of our "upgraded" room was extremely inferior and very disappointing. After a long drive, we expected a nice relaxing, peaceful and comfortable room environment before continuing on our travels (home). The reasons for my very low rating are the following: 1) a very strong, stale (or lack of fresh) smell in the room; 2) broken microwave; 3) broken refrigerator; 3) one of the TV remotes was inoperable; 4) a stain on the couch seat; and 5) my pillowcase didn't smell fresh (had a perfume order) ... which made me question whether or not the linen was completely changed. Also, nobody was on duty to address any maintenance issues. The front desk staff tried to be accommodating; but since we were told the hotel was full, we persevered and stayed in the (upgraded) room overnight. This is the first time I've experienced anything like this and expected better from a Category 3 hotel. Perhaps this property needs to be maintained more closely and efficiently. On a positive note, breakfast was quite pleasant.
The room was comfortable and the staff was very friendly. The hallway smelled like smoke, but the room didn't at all. Breakfast was decent. A typical hot, hotel breakfast. I would stay there again.
Spacious rooms/suite with living room and pull out. Would be good for a kind stay. Rooms are clean, a little older but I would say the cleanliness of this older hotel was better than a beer one I stayed in. The staff was friendly. Even the cleaning ladies said hello, how's your day?
Very comfortable and clean. Close to restaurants and not too far from high way. Delicious and full breakfast options - we'd definitely stay here again!
I love this place. It's clean, the staff is nice including housekeeping and front desk. The breakfast has become more broad from previous visits. Good job.
