Placed an order at 8:00. Didn't get it till 9 and it was wrong. Called back and they said they would fix it. It took an hour to get the right order. The bad part about it is we live less than 5 minutes away.
Absolute best pizza and customers service in town. The employees are top notch and Ronnie goes out of his way to serve us.
Today was the 4th time i have ordered from here and have been beyond disappointed. If i order delivery i wait and hour and a half, and i work .3 miles from them . Cold pizza , Raw pasta , Missing toppings. This is getting ridiculous .
The service was terrible. I ordered my pizza and I proceeded to wait for two hours, make three phone calls. They guaranteed me two free pizzas for my troubles, but I doubt that I will get them considering the amount of time I had to wait today.
We called three times and no one picked up the phone. Then we ordered online and it took 30minutes to be delivered after the tracker said it left the store. When calling, the man who picked up was the opposite of pleasant. Eventually everyone who was hungry left to get their own food since the pizza took too long. After we talked to others at the hotel they had an identical situation.
