I would have given this Taco Bell 4 stars but lately I have noticed that the morning management lacks customer service skills and someone does not know the difference between sausage and bacon when it comes to making the crunch wraps. Sadly I've had this happen twice now giving me a sausage wrap instead of a bacon wrap. I would be more understanding if they had more customers to attend to but sadly there were only 3 counting myself. Maybe they were all still asleep. The service mid to evening is great. The staff are nice, friendly, and awake. So your best bet is to hold out and eat during those times. Just my 2 cents

Taco Bell in Hartsville has really come along way. New building is very nice, staff is very friendly (kudos to the management/training staff), and food is great at a reasonable price.
