I went to the local (Hartsville) office seeking help to change my auto-draft payment method. The customer service rep would not help or offer any recommendations. However, I was given a “Catch 22” paradox. I could not change the payment method without going on line and I could not go on-line to change the payment method.

horrible stay away from this company !! they lie and steal your money ,i been with them not even a year and got the package deal for 89.00 a month well in a less then a year it increased to 140.00 a month lies thiefs ripoff

I am taking the time to send a personal letter. Once our introduction year is completed, I will be dropping all Spectrum’s services. Moreover, I posted the following as a review for your local office. Customer Service in one word...SUCKS.
You have to constantly check that you are getting the best price. When you call for an advertised plan of $89.99 they tell you it's for "new customers only". Then they tell you "I can give it to you for next month. I cannot credit you for over charging you and not giving you, our existing customer, the best price all along. Oh, by the way, that $89.99 price is really going to be $140-$150 per month by time we add on all of our equipment rental fees..."
