I've visited and loved Bojangles all over the state. This one, the one local to me, is, certainly, the most memorable... for all the wrong reasons. I've visited many times and continue to; the more I do, the lower this rating gets. Today, I bestow a single star for the shear, unrelenting consistency of sub-par experience. Thank you, Bojangles. No, not this Bojangles.
The chicken is great don't get me wrong. But it is really starting to piss me off that everytime I go to get chicken they say it will be 15 min or longer to make more like really you should always have chicken ready KFC gonna take you over if you don't step your game up
Hartsville sc Bojangles is by far the worse one I have ever been too. It's always something every visit from never putting cheese when paying extra for it or getting home to see your missing one sometimes two of your kids biscuit's!! The drink machine needs serious updating or a major cleaning because I don't even order combos anymore due to the Terrible taste in there soft drinks. I have told them several times about it also. Then this morning I go "because botime is my favorite place for breakfast" and ask for mayonnaise from the manager at the window she walked off and went up front a minute came back smiled and said thanks have a great day. Guess what no mayo I'm the bag go figure!!!! Please can yalla do a check up on your Hartsville store and fix the speaker that's been out several times like now in the drive thru almost a year now!!
Very rarely fresh product. I live in Hartsville but will pass here and go to darlington Bo.
