Ordered colorful flowers in pinks, oranges purples. Received white, lavender, yellow and a random burgundy carnation. Not what I requested or the most flattering color combination but they smelled wonderful and made my daughter's day.
I ordered flowers for Mother's Day and scheduled to be sent on Friday. By 4 o'clock they still haven't arrived. I called to check on my order and was told they would arrive by 7. I called at 8:15 and the lady was not pleasant and said, "they will get there either tonight or tomorrow, we are busy." The flowers arrived at 9:15 at night. I ordered them a week on advance. Not happy my flowers arrived late and the staff didn't seem to care.
