On the day of my mother's viewing I waited two hours after the scheduled delivery of her casket spray. Then when it was delivered it was not what I ordered. I asked for a 3/4 length casket spray, the lady stated that she thought that meant it was shorter than a half casket spray. They took it back to the shop, called me and asked what could they do to correct it. I told them to add length to it. For some odd reason she couldn't understand the request. They suggested that I cancel my order. So I did; at 4:45 pm I had no casket spray for my mother and Hines florist had not one care in the world.
Professional and efficient
All I can say is AWESOME, MIND-BLOWING, SUPERB, EXQUISITE!!!! The arrangement that they put together with fit for a queen. I have used many florist, but none & I mean none have come close have come close to the quality and attention to detail that Hines has put into their work. The lady that answer the phone was very kind generous and courteous. Flowers were fresh and very brilliant. It is a shame that they do not have shops here in Charlotte, North Carolina. I will most definitely continue to use their services in the future. A big thumbs up 100 out of 10 stars.
