Called to order flowers for a friend, the lady on phone was very rude. When I pay $45 for a small arrangement or more, I expect a little bit of kindness. I don't know how the flowers looked and don't really care, I will not order from a business that doesn't appreciate its customers.
Ordered an arm bouquet, blue and gold. Cost me 25$, looked cheap and shoddy. I went to Walmart and spent another $14 to make it look decent.
